Rotten boards

Hi guys, any body got any idea how much it would cost to replace 2 boards under back wheel arches And 1under the hot water tank in front of van.
Painting underneath today and discovered them.
Van is a swift kontiki if thats any help.

Are they fixed or movable? just have a shufty around as you could do it yourself .

Thanks for the replies , had quotes from 2500 - 3000.
Had a think and decided to part ex in with a dealer who gave me a very good price.
