when as anything a prime minister said been worth bothering to listen to.
always as seemed that councillors and govt what ever crede are only really in it for their friends .
but its nice getting about and you dont have to be close to others .
just avoid the others and have an adventure .
just waking up in the morning is the start of a nice day. lots dont.
wonder if the world will be a nicer place to travel around when this lot is over.
might be lots of under populated places to spend some time in.
it was nice in the sahara but could get abit warm at times
also cold if you went up the mountains .

We are a bit bored with where we are although it’s very pleasant (and cheap). My mrs was just looking to see when we can go and stay on an Aire in France - not for a long time it seems.

Slowly opening up ---- beaches and restaurants now open with reduced capacity, still compelled to wear masks in shops but getting back to life!!!! 33C today----- supposed to get a little warmer then back to mid/ high 20s again
Looks like we may be the owners of a PT. reg transit/ Karmann motorhome soon----- be strange having one so small!!!! But it is just for little trips as we are set in our off grid cabin!!----- we can leave our residential area now but at the moment confined to Portugal----- could be much worse!!!!!!

Well Done.
Still chaos this end with no real clear cut way ahead.
FCO update seems to say Spain will allow visitors back in July. Remains to be seen if that means we can get back to the motorhome, maybe even move it if we're allowed to make a runner to Bilbao. It's a watch this space job. The way things were going we were expecting to be VERY lucky to see it again this year.
A friend, we discovered, had toughed it out on the site but had one of those daft caravans without a loo, so had to move into one of their few statics. He sent us some photos of our motorhome, looking perfectly OK but all forlorn in the middle of an all but empty site! snif-sniff,,,,,,
He's just come back to see his daughter who, poor soul, had recently become paralysed from the waist down then caught Covid-19! She's been very, very poorly but has survived - to live the rest of her life in a wheelchair, needing daily help.
After thinking that one through, I feel bloody luck and very grateful for my creaking, ageing bones!!

and on the weather front? it's been pretty crap, windy and overcast the last week, or so. A few good days but not back to the earlier hot spot we had.
