As I said - you have skills in the right areas and the time; not everyone is in that position.

well i say fulltime i worked 5 months then off we go.
its all possible .

Everything is possible, so they say.
Would you have been able to do it all if you had no house and/or garage that you could use, for the work in progress? I would think it would be hard without a decent base.

i didnt have a garage then i did do it on my front garden .
since done several in my garden . even do the respray there .
dont need a garage . windows doors can be fitted easily insides get done inside .
so long as you have electric could be a genny off you go.
even painting can be achieved with a roller . i know lots with rollered paint jobs .
plumbing these days can be pushfit or compression joints .
gets easier all the time .

Why stretch this out? So you had suitably sized garden - my point is made!

You could get a sheppards hut and tow it with a tractor cheap as chips the one here only costs £3500 well in your budget but would take a few days to get to Spain . Well whats time when you have it would be great fun and you would make many friends on the way . Shepards hut 2.png
Could put a few imigrants on the veranda and cart them back down france . Saw a carvan on the back of a tractor in Germany this time .:):thumb:

We would rather go back having a tent rather than that giant porta-loo....
But you can always use the tractor for international potato smuggling, or blend in with a French farmer's road blockade...
